Rebecca Kieler Bio

I'm Rebecca Kieler, Founder and CEO of Kieler Career Consulting. I am committed to coaching Baby-boomer Women through career transition, bringing insight, a sense of direction and hope to them as well as bottom line results while having a good time along the way. I know how to help women actually find out what it is they really want to do and provide them with the “how” to get the career or job they seek.

I have worked with individuals and companies in career and life transition for 25 years. I have a PhD in “authenticity”, you will get it like it is, no fluff, no dishonesty and without my ego getting in your way.

With my passion and professional experience combined together I draw on various experiences as an entrepreneur, social worker and recruiter and believer in living the life you want. My approach has allowed people to develop and attain realistic goals that result in increased life purpose, satisfaction and fulfillment, both personally and professionally.

As a speaker and trainer my venues have included Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, Advantage Personnel Inc. of Cupertino, Life Moxie Inc., Silicon Valley Black Chamber of Commerce, French Chamber of SF, Women’s Economic Power Day, Insiders’ Connection, LLC, CSIX, Hispanic Chamber of San Mateo and others.

I am a Consultant for Right Management, www.right.com and Chief of Career Transitions for Life Moxie Inc. www.lifemoxie.com

Also holding a certification as a Career Clarity Consultant, and Licensed Coach/Facilitator of Get Hired Now! and Multiple Streams of Coaching Income. R. Wheaton, PhD. Certificate Program in Active Listening and Communication and Certification in Technical Recruiting.

Founding member of the International Association of Coaches, e-Women’s San Mateo chapter and Insiders Connection Inc.

A member of International Coaching Federation and an ongoing student with Coachville’s Graduate School of Coaching and many others.

When I am not busy coaching, speaking or giving workshops I also love to travel, sail, hike with friends, read and be involved in my community especially with kids. This is my third year of working with Girls For a Change at East Palo Alto High School and working with these kids is something I would not trade for the world. I’m a strong advocate of thinking globally and acting locally.

Please take advantage of my special offer for Advantage Personnel’s referrals of a 45 minute complimentary live consultation so that we can find out how you can benefit by allowing me to work with you.
