Advantage Personnel Presents

Skill Enhancement Workshop Series XXVI

“Avoid the Fatal Faux Pas of Business Etiquette ”
While inappropriately handling an angry customer or quickly sending off an email to respond to an upset employee may seem minor, they can be fatal faux pas.

Recent studies by Harvard University and Stanford Research found company success can be attributed more to their employee’s professionalism and personal skills than their technical capabilities. In other words, HOW you present yourself and your ideas can have a greater impact on the result than WHAT you say or know.

Presented by: Francine Gordon, PhD

Francine is an executive coach with Next Step Corporation.  She helps clients become even more successful by sharpening their interpersonal and organizational skills.  A recovering perfectionist she also offers management training and communication workshops to companies such as, UB Networks, PacBell, Stanford University, and California Actor's Theatre.
